Thyroid Ultrasound: TI-RADS Clinical Application, Pitfalls, Validation, and Utility

In this CME, Dr. Biatta Sholosh discusses how to recall the current risk stratification system for thyroid nodule evaluation proposed by the American College of Radiology called TI-RADS, recognize how the TI-RADS system is utilized to stratify thyroid nodules based on their ultrasound appearance and provide standardized guidance on follow up recommendations for patients, and learn some of the pitfalls when applying the TI-RADS system to thyroid ultrasound.

Educational Objectives 

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
