The Tip of the Iceberg: A Thorough Workup of Autonomic Dysreflexia

In this CME, Caroline M. Vail, DO discuss how clinicians will be able to quickly identify typical and atypical symptoms of AD to better prevent AD, thus hopefully mitigating cardiovascular comorbidities for patients with spinal cord injuries (SCI),  and improve their diagnostic skills for working up typical and atypical causes of AD, so that more timely treatment can be provided, and recall where to find evidence-based guidelines regarding AD diagnosis and treatment.

 

Educational Objectives 

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
