Pediatric Asthma

In this CME, Kristina Gaietto¸ MD discusses how to optimize outcomes for children with persistent asthma by knowing how and when to initiate asthma maintenance therapy, follow asthma management guidelines to step up therapy for children with sub optimally controlled asthma, increase utilization of Single Maintenance and Reliever Therapy for children with moderate persistent asthma, which has been associated with reduction in asthma exacerbations, and identify common non-asthma causes of childhood wheeze.

Educational Objectives 

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
