Make It Stick - Anticoagulation in the Patient with Obesity

In this CME, James Coons, PharmD, discusses how to increase awareness of the potential implications of obesity on anticoagulation management, summarize key findings from the literature on the use of commonly prescribed anticoagulants in the obese population, and follow recommended guidelines and evidence to appropriately use anticoagulation in the obese patient.
